• Carrot Ginger Soup

      I made this soup last night, and it is delicious! Soups are an excellent form of nutrients and are light on the digestive system. Carrots are one of the best vegetables you can eat; full of beta carotene, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, iron, fiber, etc. Ginger is also extremely beneficial, acting as an anti-inflammatory component as well as being antibacterial.       After a long hiatus from blogging to focus on other things, I am back to snapping pretty photos of my food for you all to drool over…at least that’s my goal. 🙂 I’ve never been much of a granola bar fan, mostly because they contain a lot of sugar. I’m also not much of a snacker, however, I’ve recently started eating small things every few hours.
